My Vueling flight has gotten changed for the third time in the last 3 months -- this time it was moved a whole day forward!
OK, so I can supposedly get a refund. I click through the unintuitive web interface and finally find the "Refund, Cash" option. I click it and:
Awesome!
Tried again in a few minutes, and after an hour:
Amazing! Is this even a real airline or just a scam?
I will save you the story of how I tried to use the online chat -- suffice to say, it introduced itself as an AI, and it was only worse from there.
Finally, I had to install their crummy app on my phone, and managed to request the refund there.
And I got two emails:
So the booking I just canceled and requested a refund for has been confirmed! Thanks, Vueling, you're clowns.
On top of that, in the middle of writing this post, I got this message:
I feel like at some point we went into the shittiest timeline...
And now I tried to preview this post:
